We have BIG news at the Agency. Katy and I are new grandparents as we welcomed baby Luke into the family. He might be the cutest thing I've ever seen. We are doubly blessed as we are expecting grandbaby #2 in October! These are exciting times...and have me thinking about more Life Insurance and Education accounts.

Joe's Tip 1: Always, always, always, replace your roof with our approved IMPACT RESISTIVE ROOF (IRR) product. We give a GREAT BIG discount for the right products in most zip codes along the front range. And even if we didn't, an IRR will subject you to fewer and less costly losses. There may be a day when building codes and HOA's require an IRR. Talk to your qualified roofer, or better, talk to us and we can give you some suggestions.

Joe's Tip 2: There are no insurance emergencies. If your house is on fire, call the Fire Department. We will be there to help you pick up the pieces and financially insulate you from a personally catastrophic loss. We are working hard for you; call us to talk about your exposures before you have a loss or file a claim.

Joe's Tip 3: Few things are more frustrating than unexpected vehicle problems. Emergency Road Service needs always happen after hours, at night, on the weekend, while traveling, or a similar inopportune time. To help, we have a nationwide dispatcher to deal with the thousands of independent tow operators across the country. Although it is similar to herding cats, AGERO can streamline your call for help. The statewide satisfaction hovers between 92% and 95%. Get the State Farm app to streamline your next claim. If things go sideways, you can always pay out of pocket and let me reimburse you from your ERS coverage.

GOOD TO KNOW: New Glass Dispatcher: State Farm has moved to a new Glass Dispatcher in Safelite. They have a dispatch service that still allows you to choose a vendor of your choice, but they are able to coordinate your claim. Call the office and we can direct you.

GOOD TO KNOW: DSS currently SAVES an average of 17% in CO over standard drivers in the legacy rating system. We are different in that 1) our program is OPTIONAL, and 2) our program is only a DISCOUNT meaning your cost will always be lower than what it would be in the legacy system. Most carriers use the occasional mishap to INCREASE your cost. In addition, we only record 2 months of data during the renewal. We are looking for ways to save you money!
